Euclid's Challenge - Team Project (NHTI) Spring 2007

Work Performed:

-Created the art for the levels on a triple level (ground/background/sky).
-Created the player model and the transformed player models.
-Created half of the enemy models.
-Created the splash screen and title logo.
-Programmed the game to work with the Xbox 360 Controller.
-Implemented sound effects and music.

Information about this game:

Game was created by Chris Whiton, Kevin Quinn, and Andrew Trider.

You play as the main character, Euclid, as he traverses through various terrains. Euclid's goal is to destroy the greek alphabet monsters that are getting in his way,
he can accomplish this by jumping on their heads. After a while, Euclid is forced to face Omega, the leader of all the greek alphabets. Euclid doesn't always stay a
triangle though, he changed shapes by evolving every time he defeats a couple of greek alphabets.

This was our first project with the XNA Game Studio framework.

Storyline:

Euclid: "I made the biggest mistake of my life. I was invited to attend one of Omega's many events. I
decided to attend, but this time for a personal reason. I wanted to show the world that Omega was a phony.
That was the worst decision I ever made. I interrupted the event and announced that Omega was a fake.
I thought Omega wasn't high and mighty. I was wrong. :pause: Omega made me pay for embarassing him in
front of his people by turning me into a triangle.

Omega: "You dare to challenge my powers?"

Euclid: "I was laughed at by EVERYONE."

Crowd: :laughs:

Euclid: "I've decided. From this day on, it will be my destiny to seek my revenge on Omega!"
